Customer Service Agent – Bilingual Spanish (Tempe, AZ, USA)
PCT International, Inc. - worldwide manufacturer of innovative, high-quality, high-performance optical communication and RF drop products for broadband communication networks, is expanding the Customer Service Department. PCT products are distributed worldwide. This position is responsible for maintaining good-standing relationships w/ our broad customer base around the world, while performing daily tasks within our operating system. Successful candidate must be Bilingual Spanish.
Responsibilities will include:
• Customer service calls, inbound and outbound
• Data entry and orders acknowledgements
• Correspondence w/ purchasing (or fulfillment group)
• Correspondence w/ warehouse personnel
• Upkeep of customer request dates versus actual ship dates
• Price Checks
• Daily open order review
• Customer freight policies
• Correspondence w/ AR, collections
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of successful customer service experience
• Degree in Business preferred but not mandatory
• Must be proactive, a self starter and be detail oriented
• Strong time management skills necessary; ability to prioritize and multi task
in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Must possess strong computer skills using MS products, Outlook, Excel,
Word and Powerpoint
• SAP or MAS500 experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish a must
• Good communication skills critical, both verbal and written
