Denver Broadband Labs

Effective September 15, 2004, Andes has integrated most of the Denver Broadband Lab (DBL) resources into its PCT International subsidiary. Moving forward, this will allow the company to consolidate all of its lab and engineering resources to best leverage those assets to ensure the highest quality in PCT's current product lines, as well as to further strengthen PCT International's innovation
in drop and optical solutions.

Andes will continue its commitment to quality and testing, and these changes will strengthen Andes, and its PCT International subsidiary, as a premier manufacturer to the cable/communications industry.
