Doug came to PCT with extensive legal background through private practice for over 30 years. As an innovations company with an extensive IP Patent list, as well as international business relationships, Doug has been an integral part of the PCT’s legal and risk mitigation efforts.

Taking the lead, Doug currently serves as General Counsel and President of PCT, guiding the company through a highly complex international business and legal environment. Doug’s ability to pull together teams as part of the corporate goal keeps the inner processes of the company flowing. Ensuring focus on protecting the most important assets, the customer and the IP, has kept PCT to be known as a best-in-class company in the telecommunications and broadband space.

Doug received a Bachelor of Science in Management degree from Arizona State University in 1984. In 1987 he earned a Juris Doctor degree from the Arizona State University College of Law.

Since entering private practice, Mr. Drury has represented companies of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, providing owners and managers a broad range of professional services from business formation to commercial transactions and litigation. Mr. Drury is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court in Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
