Executive Vice President, North American Sales
Jake Thomas joined PCT in 2005 and serves as Executive Vice President. His key focus is to build and maintain relationships with PCT’s customers – especially Multiple System Operations (MSOs) and to help them solve their business challenges. He is also responsible for helping PCT to penetrate new markets with their products and solutions. Jake also oversees all new customers, contracts, and requests for proposals (RFPs). He works with customers and the PCT team to build new solutions and programs, such as “MasterTech” and a “Factory Direct Model” for delivery.
Jake has had various roles at PCT, including Inside Sales, Customer Service, Director of Latin America Markets, Vice President of Channel Master and Vice President of U.S. Sales. During his tenure, Jake has spent significant time building and structuring the highly successful PCT sales organization.
Jake graduated from Cal State, San Marcos, California with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Minors in Psychology and Economics.
